• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year or 100,000 miles of verifiable tractor-trailer OTR experience. 
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen conducted at a company-designated facility. 
• Must have no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• Must have no felony convictions in the last 5 years.
• Must not have any DUI or implied consent convictions on your motor vehicle record in the last 5 years.
• Must not have any alcohol/drug violations or reckless driving offenses in the last 5 years. (Combined from PSP & MVR)
• Must have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.  (Combined from PSP & MVR)
• Must not have any "DOT SERIOUS" traffic violations in the last 3 years.  SEC.383:5 (I.E. reckless driving, speeding 15 MPH or over, erratic lane change, following too close...) (Combined  from PSP & MVR)
• Must have zero preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years.
