Minimum Requirements for Qualification
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Must have no more than 3 moving violations in the
last 3 years.
- No "DOT Serious" traffic violations in the last
5 years.
- Must not have any DUI or implied consent convictions
on your motor vehicle record in the last 5 years.
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen conducted
at a company-designated facility.
- Must have at least 1 year experience or 100,000
miles of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years.
- Must have zero preventable accidents in the past
12 months and zero preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 24 months.
- Must have no felony convictions in the last 5 years.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months (unless due to circumstances
beyond applicant's control).

extenuating circumstances may cause to have any minimum standard waived.
