• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No "DOT Serious" traffic violations in the last 5 years.
• Must not have any DUI or implied consent convictions on your motor vehicle record in the last 5 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen conducted at a company-designated facility.
• Must have at least 1 year experience or 100,000 miles of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years.
• Must have zero preventable accidents in the past 12 months and zero preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 24 months.
• Must have no felony convictions in the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months (unless due to circumstances beyond applicant's control).
